How to update Salary Hike




Step 1

 Login to Finjinn App using your credentials.
 You will be directed to the Home Page.
 On the Home Page , click the menu bar  (3      horizontal lines on the top left hand corner).


 


Step 2

 Click on Utilities
 Manage Hikes, Bulk Ops

Step 3

 Click on Manage Hikes


Step 4

 
 Select the employee for whom the salary hike must be entered.
 Select the New Designation from the drop down.
 Enter the New Annual CTC.
 
 The effective date will be the 1st of the current month.

 Click on "UPDATE" button
