How to Top up / add money to your Finjinn Virtual / Digital AutoPay account?
You can use Internet banking to top up/transfer money to your Finjinn Virtual Account. Please note that you cannot use other methods like cash deposit/cheque deposit to top up your account. UPI Apps like Paytm which accept alphanumeric bank account numbers can also be used.
In your net banking portal, follow these steps
Add your Finjinn Virtual Account as a payee and then initiate the transfer
The Account Number and IFSC code can be found in the Digital AutoPay Account menu.
If you are using ICICI Bank Current Account to transfer funds, please use “Add Beneficiary VAN ICICI Bank” to add your Finjinn Virtual Account as a payee first and then initiate the transfer
If you are using ICICI Bank Savings Account to transfer funds, please use “ICICI Bank Virtual Payee” to add your Finjinn Virtual Account as a payee first and then initiate the transfer
The time taken for funds to reflect in your Finjinn Virtual account is usually around 1 hour.
Finjinn will send you an automated email once the funds are received in your Finjinn Virtual Account.
If you don't see the funds in your account within the timelines and money has been deducted in your account, you can mail care@finjinn.com and mention the Date and Time of transfer, UTR Number, Amount transferred, Mode of transfer, Bank from where transfer initiated, screen shot of the debit for a speedy check by the Finjinn support team.
