Download and install the Finjinn App from the playstore.
Open the app and click on “Signup”.

Total Number of Employees
Select the State
Agree to the terms and condition
Click “CHECK COMPLIANCE”
Based on the number of Employees and the location, Finjinn will display the compliances that are applicable. You also have the option to enable /disable as per your Company practice.
on “OPEN MY AUTOPAY ACCOUNT”

This will be the account from where the employees’ salaries and compliances will be paid.
Click” BEGIN QUICK SETUP”
On clicking next you ll be able to add in your 1st employee. You can add yourself if you would like to test the details.

You will get to see the breakup of the CTC which is automatically done by Finjinn. This structure is tax friendly and is based on the industry’s best practices.

Update your Bank details and click on “Test Payment ” An amount of Re 1 will be credited to your account . You also can skip it for now. Bank details can be entered by the employee in Teamjinn which is your Employee self-service portal.

Setup Paybook Calendar,
Set the payroll calendar. There are 7 options to choose from. The dates are provided taking into consideration the timely payment of statutory compliances.
The salary will be credited to the employees on the date you have selected
Enter your Email id
Click “Done! OPEN PAYBOOKS”
Your Set up is complete
